Prior to starting Aparaa, Mr. Prasad has worked as a business consultant for fortune 500 companies. Prasad has about 15 years of multi-national management and consulting experience in Communications, Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial, Risk Mitigation and Customer Service industries for organizations in North America, Great Britain, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Mr. Prasad is a graduate of University of Tulsa, Oklahoma where he earned a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). He also earned a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Andhra University, India.
Mr. Prasad has lived in US since 1995 and traveled to Europe and Asia Pacific for implementing Oracle Applications. Mr. Prasad is a naturalized citizen of United States (US Citizen) since 2006 and Currently lives in Bangalore, India. |

Mr. Amol Rangdal, co-founder of Aparaa, serves the company with the vision of helping businesses derive the best of their processes. Amol is responsible for establishing the company’s global capabilities, development and delivery of cost effective and efficient solutions.
Prior to starting Aparaa, Mr. Amol had worked in numerous global organizations in consulting, service, manufacturing and financial areas where he held several key positions. He has a sound understanding of business practices in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, having supported clients in varied industry segments in these regions.
Amol earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from PDA College of Engineering, Gulbarga, India. |

| Sriram Chitturi |

Mr. Sriram Chitturi, serves as Chief Technology Officer for the company with the vision of helping businesses derive the best of the technology. Sriram is responsible for establishing the right technology platform internally and externally and ensure to deliver the client needs.
Prior to joining Aparaa, Sriram worked for 13 years at a number of global organizations in the areas of telecommunications, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing and financial sectors. Some of the major clients he worked for include Verizon, JC Penny, Cadbury Scwepps, Pfizer, NEC, Viewpointe, COBB EMC and Suffolk County where he participated directly in architecting and delivering enterprise solutions. Sriram is also a PMI certified PMP® and experienced in managing and delivering end to end solutions.
Sriram earned a Master’s degree in Technology from National Institute of Technology (REC), Surathkal, India.
Sriram is a permanent resident of United States since 2007 and has been living in US since 1997. |

Mr. Brad Painter serves as Chief Marketing Officer for the company with the vision of providing clients best possible return on investment using our products and services. Brad is responsible for marketing and sales of the organization.
Prior to Joining Aparaa Mr. Brad worked for 25 years of business, technology, operations, and finance experience. Brad’s integrity, inspiration, and ingenuity transcend business and people above traditional approaches to success and positive results. As an early adopter of Business Process Management and Reengineering back in the early 1990’s at the Hammer institute, Brad has lead over 30 projects and business transformations with BPM, quality programs, risk , change and project management.
- Offshore and best shore outsourcing of transactional services along with substantial technology upgrades while at Land America Financial Group.
- National production center centralization with standard processes, procedures, and programs with a “1 production center replicated many times” approach.
- Enterprise solutions consolidation in CRM, HR/Benefits, and Accounting for 30,000+ employees at First American.
- National security and systems management services development, solutions, and delivery to Fortune 100 clients as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, LLC.
- Significant process, controls, and technology improvements in cash operations for the 11th district of the Federal Reserve Bank. This included a complete uplift of operational management techniques and approach.
- Startup and sustainability in all aspects of small business operations from accounting to business development.
